Nighthawk Vineyards is a true family run farm gate winery. The passion of Daniel and Christy Bibby, together they sustainably farm the land and focus on producing small lot award-winning wines of distinction. They have a long standing reputation in the hospitality industry, and focus on creating an exclusive and welcoming experience in the heart of wine country.

Christy in the face of the wine shop and patio (when she is not busy taking care of the winery accounting). Daniel is affectionately referred to as “the farmer”, but also helps pour wines in the tasting shop, provide culinary assistance for events, serve on the patio, and do whatever else is required.
