Taina joined our team as a culinary apprentice in the summer of 2022, and has quickly become a vital part of the Nighthawk family.
The pride of Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic…Taina originally started her culinary journey in the kitchen of her family’s eco-resort. A talented member of our Vineyard Kitchen and Patio team, she brings a passion for quality and presentation, hard work and a great sense of humour.
